A friend of mine's bike has completely stripped threads in the BB. With a little bit of effort, you can use your fingers to pull the BB cup out.
I know the RIGHT answer is to buy a new frame, but has anyone ever used one of the Sunlite threadless bottom brackets?
Thanks!

Though no direct experience, I've heard many good things about the Velo Orange threadless bottom bracket. http://store.velo-orange.com/index.php/components/bottom-brackets/grand-cru-threadless-bottom-brackets.html

I used a VO one on some weirdo bike with a French BB. It worked flawlessly. Probably the best part of the bike.

If it's a steel bike, just fill it in with some brass or something, and rethread. No need to get rid of frame.
