Pacenti TL28 Wheelset, opinions?

I am considering picking up a set of these wheels. I haven't been able to find many reviews. Anyone have them? How are the hubs?

can only speak to the quality of the rims, but they built up easily and set up tubeless with TR schwalbes very easily.

I would pass on the TL 28 wheelset, wheelset is defective, (hubs) too much pressure on the outer surface of the bearings. My wheelset was sent back once and still the same problem. I took the wheels to two bike shops and both agreed that the bearings were not spinning smoothly, something was wrong with the hub/bubs, front hub specially.
