Perusing through my watched items that had ended on the 'bay, first thing I noticed was that these went for relatively cheap compared to the market for lightly used rapha classic bibs. Then I noticed the username of the seller... maybe that's why they didn't fetch their usual $100ish.

i have no problem with used clothes in general. i've gotten some great stuff at thrift stores across the world actually.
used bibs, or underwear however - never.

I have bid on used bibs numerous times, but upon reflection, I'm glad I lost every one of those auctions.

I have to agree. Used jersey, no problem. Used bib short, can't do it.

A Guru. Had a sweet chrome/gun metal grey finish and Ksyrium SLRs, but now that the company has gone belly up I'm glad I didn't buy it.

Kinda weird about the idea of trying on or buying new bibs that have been tried on already...

LOL, if you guys have slept in a hotel bed or touched a TV remote in a hotel room, you've touched WAY worse than is on those used bibs.
Back In The Serotta forum days I got a lot of flak over a used shorts comment.....

as long as i clean them before putting them on, used/pre-owned is fine too. like a cat. ;)
