Just got this earlier today, still spin really smooth even though it appears a bit rough, plan on using it for a wheel build someday....soon, hopefully. :D

Anyone know what year/model it is?

Tough to narrow it down to a single year. DT Hugi hubs would go for quite a few years without changes. It was at the end of the 90's that they moved to the tapered end cap. They also changed the printing on the hubs around 2003 dropping the swiss made in favor of dt swiss. That puts these at somewhere around 1998-2004.

Thank you mad and old pal!

No, I haven't taken anything apart yet, doesn't seem like I need to, it's so smooth...
