Eddie, thanks for that -- but it's an RB-T, not an RB-2 (or RB-1, for that matter). Still a nice bike, though!

I dunno. I wouldn't sell mine for that. But I love the ride, handling and can't really find anything I don't like about it. So I guess it's the old "Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder" line. :beer:

I think it's a touch on the optimistic side. But there are people out there, many of whom are also on the i-bob list, who really appreciate the RB-T as an early iteration of the gravel bike (and a link back to the earlier sport-touring frames of the early-mid 80's). Large tire clearances with good road manners. Some people really like it. For people of a rando philosophy, that's a pretty cheap bike/frame.

I just scored a 62cm '92 RB-2 in case anyone is interested. Rebuilt with full ultegra and duraace, including the headset. Amazing ride. Contact me for details.

$500 sounds right to me for RB-T
