This is a Sportif style frameset. It was designed for fast long distance cycling. It has very low miles, maybe 1000. It was designed to use mid reach sidepulls (57mm) with the pads bottomed-out, and is fully mudguard capable. I fit Compass 700 X 38mm tires comfortably. It can also accommodate a rear rack. It is in excellent condition with no prangs or mishaps; however it has a couple of paint scrubs. Two are on the right chainstay. One is from heel strike. The other is from a chain drop. The chain drop scrub in not to the metal, just paint. There is also another heel strike mark on the left chainstay. Other than those blemishes, this frameset is pristine! Included is the Chris King headset.

You got that right. About 15 years ago I had a Merckx MXL with a 71.5 STA. It reset my appreciation for getting behind the BB a bit more which resulted in getting some weight off the bars. It really made a difference in my comfort while turning the pedals. My back, neck and arms are really relaxed with a little more setback. All of my customs since have more setback.
