Ok, stupid question.

Have stock wheels from a Bianchi pista on the daily rider. The 'Bianchi' branded rear hub is dry and needs to be disassembled and greased.

How do you get the thing apart so you can grease it?

I'm perplexed!

(I'm used to the old days of taking cones out of hubs...)

Thanks!

Picture of it off the bike?

if it's a relatively modern bianchi, chances are you've got a rebranded formula hub for the wheel, which uses sealed cartridge bearings. in general, you dont grease those, though it may be possible to sneak some light grease into them. post a picture of the hub, the cart bearings should be easily sourced for replacement.

I believe that hub has sealed bearings. It may be a Jalco or Formula hub rebranded as Bianchi. You can get the bearings apart and clean and regrease them but its just as easy to replace them.
