I was at a friend of a friends house watching my hockey team lose and I became fascinated with a puzzle/toy he had.

It was something like Hipka of Kipha..... I've done a million google searches this morning and can not find it, but thought there was a good chance someone here may be familiar with it, which would put me on the right track, because I really want to get it for my Nephew. I think he, as well as my brother, would love it.

It was, as simple as this may sound, a bucket of wood blocks all exactly the same size. The ratio was 1x3x15, and there size was close to .5cm x 1.5cm x 7.5cm.

It came with a little book with pictures of spiralling helix type structures and complex bridges and buildings all made from the stacking and leaning of these little fellows. I was toying with them last night and found them mesmerizing in the way that a good puzzle can be. Like Soduku-esque, and yet at the same time like a rock garden specifically for raking......

Very soothing.

Anyway, what is not soothing is trying to find it online. If anyone has an idea of what the heck I'm talking about, please end my madness....

-Tuna Pants.... er, uh.... Jason

Thanks, that is basically them. Te ones I saw were not colored, which I will continue to look for, but if all else fails, these are perfect.

Thanks!

Now that I think of it, one of the books with the toy last night was in French.... Hmmmm.
