Looks like its plywood, most likely marine grade.

The hole in the fork for the front brake looks like wood and the logos look carved.

Assuming the bike is rideable, I am very impressed. It appears to be the same spec as my 2010 Cento1, which is an extension of my body at this point. I'd love to give the wooden one a nice long ride. It's a shame that will probably never happen.
