Only got in 1:15 on Saturday, combination of bikepath and gravel, 25deg. brrr.

Today was in the 40's, got TR Junior to ride along, 2 hours, mix of paved and gravel. He hasn't ridden except for commuting in a while, he did fine. Dang kids can go from zero to hero in about 3 weeks.

first "epic" wet ride of hopefully a wet winter for us in california. out to nicasio from the city, 4 hours in the wet - drizzling on the way out and real showers on the way back. fortunately not too windy and temps in the low 50's. wet, but warm with proper layering and lots of wool!:)

Friday: A1A on the Atlantic side of FL, 80 F, windy...
Saturday: Rollers in the barn in VT, 32F, brisk enough... then I see that Velotel was using the time to do Ventoux. Sounded really good!

We're all about transitions, and of course, whatever riding that can be gotten:beer:

No miles recorded but out for a solid three hours on the 29er.
Over the mile long bridge, into a crushed limestone path that circles a secret government facility.
Then back over the bridge, rode the I & M canal path for a bit. Followed that with loop through the local trail that runs around an old set of quarries that are now nice clean spring feds lakes.
Good times with four of my Buds.

25-ish miles of road/gravel/single track on the crux. 3 flats but it was 50 in Iowa so I went out and ended up walking the mile or so home after flat #3. I think the flat culprit is the tubes being too small for my 42C Conti Speed Ride tires on some very rough a rocky gravel. Moved from an 18-25 tube to a 35-42mm tube and we shall see what happens later this week on the same route.

No pix, but took my Trek 520 fixie commuter out after replacing tires/tubes, front fender, and reinstalling the NDS crank arm after unsticking a very stuck pedal. The 27 miles put me over 6000 for the year, which is a new record for me, and well past the 5000 I did in 2014.

formula pal, I like your picture. You got good eye. Great presentation on the 6800 groupset like another pal said. You can tell the person behind that camera know a thing or two about photography...:D

I've never looked but if you sold it to Chris, then yes.

Put the campy Atlanta wheels (former thwart wheels, as he owns all wheels at one time or another) on the MXL. Rode them on a windy day. These things are wicked heavy, but pretty sweet. They work well with this frame.

43 degrees and a headwind no matter which way I rode! Nice and sunny though. Always fun to throw a leg over this bike.... 2000 Seven Axiom. Lots of stone walls, bridges, and homes on my ride. This one, Wyebrooke Bridge is 127 years old.
