Need a 28.6 clamp for an Athena 11s front derailleur and I am coming up short. Looks like Campy makes a 31.8 clamp on version but I am wondering if they use any specific shims to bring it down to 28.6 diameter? I know the shimano shims did not work with a 32 mm campy clamp (the black one) used on a different bike. Seeking a reliable and semi elegant solution. The problem Solvers 28.6 clamp seems to be the best bet thus far ....

EDIT: I am seeking to replace a Parlee that appears to have a crack and is the primary suspect in an annoying creak I get when pedaling ....

I use these with two Campy FD. protects paint also. I lightly glue them to clamp before I use them, so no gap to collect sweat and you don't really see them.

Or use braze on with Parlee 28.6 clamp. Or any number of other aluminum 28.6 clamps for braze on. E Bay has a bunch.
