OT: SilicanDust HDHomeRun PRIME

I have cable but no cable box or DVR. I am looking at various options, including purchasing a networked DVR (vice renting one from Cox). I would cut the cord, but pretty much a soccer addict who wants to watch matches in high def.

Does anyone have experience with SilicanDust HDHomeRun PRIME or other types of networked DVRs?

I have owned one (1st gen model)for several years. Use it to capture OTA HD channels and love it. I've though about upgrading to the Prime and trying out the cable-card route, but like my current setup (Satellite) and it works great for my needs.
