Is Richard Moon still building frames?

A long time ago (10 years?) I would visit Richard Moon's website and contemplate ordering a frame. I never did, but recently stumbled across a photo of a beautiful bike of his and I was just wondering his status. Anyone?

I'm pretty sure I recall hearing that he retired several years ago.

gorgeous frames
Especially track bike with wooden rims
