Dealers stocking small repair parts for Xtracycle?

Two of the straps that velcro around the freeloader tubing and hold the 1" buckles are shot. Xtracycle sells what I need for $9 and wants twice that to ship. Ideas?

I decided I'll ziptie the buckles on instead of using the velcro straps, zero cost :-)
