I'll settle for a Record 11 group for my CX bike or a Look 585 Ultra (large) in anything but black but what I really want is...

I need some high quality tubular track tires. Other than that, I'm good.

It's going to be a slim and simple Christmas list this year for the wife and I. I'd like to take a trip to Astoria or something along those lines. There's nothing like the stormy and gray NW coast in the off season. :)

Time.

Yeah, that is the ultimate commodity.

If we're asking Santa?

Time Skylon in their French national paint scheme. Or the VXRS reissued to celebrate Paolo Bettini.

If I'm asking The CFO of the House?

An Impero Ultimate frame pump.

GoPro has become the standard, I've got two Contour cameras, but I'm just not happy with either option...

Dr. Unfortunately that bike can't be plated unless you know some serious loophole in CA or register as a scooter in Vermont (you do not have to be a resident of the state)... here is one of my minis.. started as a Monkey clone, fully pimped out with Ohlins shock, Brembo 4 pot calipers, and a lot of aftermarket goodies... for xmas, would love to have the time to ride it or any others including my tandem in the back.... all my minis are street legal and for being 5'6" I tower over these bikes!

Why? Except for a heavily laden bike or a tandem this seems like wild overbuild.

I have a set of 32/28 SL23s (because I already had the hubs) and they seem overbuilt.

It could be said that any bike I'm on is "heavily laden" (I'm 225-240#).

I've got similar wheelsets with 28h and 32h rears that, for one reason or another, I don't ride anymore. So trust me, I've been there and done that.

Time.

I gave my younger sister a bottle of thyme on Cristmas. She laughed.

done pal, you should definitely check out HED C2 Belgium then...11.4 pal gave it high marks as a strong rim.

I already have a set of HED Ardennes CLs (24f/28r) and a handbuilt set of 28f/32r Belgium + on Record hubs. I gave up on both.
