SOLD, and thanks...

This Ibis Spanky frame is from the company's first-generation, built in Sebastopol.

The geometry for this bike is kind of like a compact frame, with a top tube that measures 56.5cm (c-c) and with the seat tube measuring 52.5cm (c-c).

That's one reason why the new Nashbar Road threaded carbon fork that I bought to match the frame is 175mm long, which allows about 20mm of spacers if you need to get the stem up higher.

And this Ibis Spanky is a 1996 or 1997 model in dark purple. The color is very difficult to photograph, an eggplant purple -- but it's not black.

GEOMETRY:
Top tube (c-c) = 56.5cm
Seat tube (c-t) = 55.5cm
Seat tube (c-c) = 52.5cm
Head tube = 119mm, 1-inch
Chainstay = 41.0cm
Wheelbase = 99.0cm
Standover = 79.4cm
Head tube angle = 73.5 degrees
Seat tube angle = 73.0 degrees

Includes new Nashbar Road threaded carbon fork, 175mm long
8/10 condition, steel frame

Any questions?

Dave, who says this frame takes a 27.2mm seatpost and a 28.6 (aka 1-1/8 inch) front derailleur clamp

Try this like a real retailer, which I'm not because real retailers make some money on sales vs. how I can lose money on every sale.

:D
