I read about this woman elsewhere, though I don't remember exactly where. She is indeed taller than normal, but not THAT tall. The "normal" size man and woman you see in these photos are actually quite petite, and the tall woman is sporting some humongous, uh, shoes--yeah, that's it. Her shoes are really large. ;)

I grew up a few miles from there. "Boogie Nights" was filmed exclusively in that neighborhood (North - West section of the San Fernando Valley).
