I'm building up a frame for a friend, a Neuvation. The bike has internal routing. The plastic BB guide attached to the bottom of the BB needs to be 15mm wide between the two guides for it to work properly. I've been to several LBS with no luck, seem they are all in the 20mm range. Can't seem to find one on the net. Does anyone have any idea where I may find a 15mm wide guide?

A picture could help my friend, this is happening to me right now... what I imagine is that the cable indentations in the cable guide needs to be 15 mm between them???? or the whole thing needs to be 15 mm wide?

Since this things are made of plastic doubt will be a problem just cut the plastic, right?

If you need 15 mm between the indentations, you can cut it and then glue it or just melt it together or something? Next option, just use derailleur cable and use the cable guide to hold the cable to the shell.

Honestly im just guessing. PICTURE MAN.... PICTURE! :P

Yes, the cable guides in the unit needs to be 15 mm on center.
In the internal routing the cables exit the bottom of the down tube narrow, making it impossible to use the standard 20mm wide guides.

I'm not sure this type of plastic/nylon material can be welded or glued. If I'm not able to find one 15mm wide I may be able to fab one using the same type of plastic and filing in groves 15mm apart.

Make new cable guides using a hot knife, nail or a dremel in a 20 mm cable guide. As long you have tension in the cables you should be ok, the cable wont get off the lines or whatever are called... oh grooves. :P

Can you just use a cable liner instead of a guide?

Judging from the fact that this one only has a single mounting option instead of a slot or second hole in the middle like the blue shimano cable guide, there's a good chance it's on the narrower side. Just a guess though, as I've never had one in hand to measure.

I have two that look just like it but the groves are 20mm apart.
Thanks

I have used cable liner on top of the cable guides in the past. Due to the cable tension under the bb the cable over a short period of time will eat through the liner.

Specialized?

That's it, looks like it would work. There is a specialized dealer not far from me, I'll stop by their shop today.
Thanks!

Oldpotatoe suggested that maybe a Specialized BB guide might work. I went to Mikes Bikes here in Sacto and was able to get the same one he posted. The boys there were very helpful, wouldn't take money insisted it was free. Later this evening I'll take over a six pack of Lagunitas Little Sumpin extra to make it right. Wish I could sent one your way also OP.
It took some modification but looks like it will work! Some pictures below.

Just hearing it's gonna work is reward enough, glad I could help.
