Hey, Jerk--we just got back from Santa Fe yesterday after doing the half-century ride Sunday. I know it's not yer kinda thing, but for us recreationists it was fun. But I agree..............red or green chili decision for every meal! The New Mexico chiles are very different and more flavorful.

Go for the green jerko :D My sister used to live in Riudoso, steep, very steep climbs, cold in the winter, heck cold in the early summer :crap: but man oh man what great food :banana: :banana:

Thanks to all of you for taking the time to spell "chile" correctly. You cannot imagine how irritating it is to see it spelled like that stuff that comes in a can.
