I am on the lookout for a stock road frame with similar geo to the Fierte with the long head tubes. I believe it was called the performance geo.

I need something with a 56.5-57 virtual top tube and a 18-19cm head tube.

Any thoughts on steel stock bikes/frames that would work.

Thanks,

Alan

Rivendell bikes have usually been built to allow the bars to be as high or higher than the saddle if required.

I have a 57 Serotta Colorado frame in the classifieds. 2011, never been ridden. Performance geometry. I don't know how to send link from my iPhone

The Gunnar Sport or the Salsa Vaya would fit the bill. Both are great bikes.

+lots on Gunnar, great frame, great ride, not a lot of $ for a USA made frame.

I would second the Salsa Vaya suggestion, I have one and really like it. It is not a "fast" bike, however!

It's dirty in the picture, but you get the gist of it.
