That could be the Open SUP rim. It was a welded seam successor to the Open 4. The Open SUP was followed by the Reflex clincher (which often cracked due to a thin spoke bed) and then the Open Pro. I seem to remember the Open SUP being a little heavier than the Open Pro, but also a bit more robust.

It's a 1994-1997 Mavic Reflex clincher.

The colour in steel blue anodized was available as well as silver, CD, and CD ceramic.
In 1998 they morphed the model into the "open pro".

+1 on the Reflex Clincher.

I own a pair circa 1997. Front is still rideable. Rear developed a strange tick and the hub doesn't look healthy with a circular crack running in a spiral around the hub near the spoke flange.

Decided to retire'em in favor of some new Open Pros

Yes - blue anodized Mavic Reflex rims. I had a set of these on my DeRosa, laced to Campy hubs.

i found the 2 rims inside a barn with a bunch of assorted lower end bikes

i really like the gun metal annodizing and hope to put these into service when the right color frame turns up. aside from barn wear, the rims are straight and aren't concaved

tri color parts should compliment them well
