Question about alloy BB and HS in carbon frame

Hey guys, I'm building up my first carbon MTB frame (Ibis Ripley) and before I start pressing the HS (Cane Creek 40) and BB (E*thirteen PF-92) in, I wanted to confirm that I should use carbon prep? Grease? Locktite? Dry? (Kidding about dry I think) What do you do for the surface of the head tube and BB.
