Has anyone tried the 24 inch vee rubber vee mission tires with a surly 1x1?

It's a longshot, but I was wondering if anyone had tried 24 inch tires that are used on the on-one baby fatty. I have a nice surly 1x1 and a 24 inch large marge wheelset that I would love to make into an affordable fatbike. I have the original rat rod tires that came with it, but they are not really fat bike tires like I have seen on pugsleys and the like that can be run really low. It's hard to find good 24 inch tires so if these would squeeze in it would be awesome. I am going to measure the frame but finding someone who has tried it would be way more reliable.
