And how much is one of this ones?

Yes stainless steel. Columbus and Doriano worked on a new alloy (guess they go way back).

Frame & Falz Fork suggested retail @ $3200, plus approximately $200 for customs/shipping. Custom geometry add $200. They also do custom paint jobs.

As of now lead time is approximately 40 days; that's sure to get longer in the months ahead!

Happy to help anyone interested connect w/Doriano & his daughter Martina who's running the business side of things.

Cheers!

Is there an option for a FD braze on?

From Doriano: Front derailleur works better with the clamp. It covers 360ー of the tube surface and it is fixed to the frame securely.

Yes stainless steel.

This says its Columbus Spirit, which is not stainless

XCR is stainless steel. You must be thinking Niobium. I think the dropouts and chainstays are great. Also, the seatpost diameter is 29.4 so either a shim must be used or a special post ordered from PMP or a company like WR Compositi? (I'm not including Thomson seatposts since I think they are ugly)

Front der brazeons are the things of the devil.

Joachim as usual is correct. From Doriano: We use a mix of Spirit and Life tube sets. We have our own proprietary set, which means that we decided, according with Columbus, all specifications regarding wall thicknesses and diameters.

For instance, our top tube has 35mm diameter near the head tube and 32mm near seat tube junction. It is made to get strength in head tube area and shave weight where possible. Our X-stays are unique and Columbus make just for us.

29.4 seat post is right diameter for Prima frame. Inside the frame there is a steel sleeve to reduce the weight of seat tube. PMP assure us the production of seat posts in this size.

Is the BB threaded? It's hard to tell from the pics.

Front der brazeons are the things of the devil.

I know, but I like the aesthetics of them...
