Great night for viewing. I stayed up till about 10:00 when it was probably 1/2 covered but ran out of gas and headed for bed. A long weekend of running/hiking/riding will do that to me... Beautiful though.

Great night for viewing. No shots of the moon, just a reminder of what I enjoyed the most...sitting with my family watching the darkening moon framed perfectly on a totally clear night.:cool:

Nice photos Ergott !

I got to watch it from multiple places around Eugene and the only clouds were right on the horizon as it was rising in totality. I enjoyed it with my family and neighbors. Always nice to see astronomical events in Oregon when so many are clouded out.

The forecast was for clouds so I decided not to drag the telescope out and set it up. Clouds broke just as it was reaching totality, I'm happy I at least made the effort to get off the couch and enjoy it.

Nice pics. I did not get to witness it. It has been heavily overcast here in Charlotte, NC for at least a solid week.
