Does anyone know what kind of handlebars are on that bike? Are there any like that still available?

If they were still available in silver and a 46 cm width center to center, I would use them instead of my anatomic bars even if I can rarely if ever get over 24 mph on my own power. I haven't seen bars like these with a big curve in the drop for a long time.
