Looks like they're finally retiring the T-2.

Not sure if you trained on this one. I could make the easy joke about being trained by the Wright Brothers, but that would be too easy.

Yes I did, the 'C' model of the 'Combat Buckeye', plus owned 3 of them for out of control/spin training for F-14 guys in my squadron(VF-126). After the T-2, onto TA-4...now both gone. Great little jet, both. Simple, easy to fly. Very durable in the hands of student pilot cone-heads. Even took it to the boat-CVT-16, Lexington, also gone. Replacement, Hawk, also very good jet.
