I own a Campy Neutron clincher wheel set with Shimano 10 speed free hub. Does Campy sell an 11 speed Shimano free hub that I can swap out? None of the lbs specializing in Campy can provide an answer with confidence. If yes, where can I source? Thanks

Yes they do

If your LBS is a ProShop, they can get it from Campagnolo NA or QBP, Hawley, other Campagnolo Distros.

If locally, shops give you the 'thousand yard stare', let me know, I can get you one. About $90 or so I think.
