I have a thought to combine usage of a couple of bikes.

What's out there for 55cm CX frames? Canti bosses. I really want Ti, it'd have to be the right one. Downtube bosses might be a plus because I'm weird.

I have a stock size 55 cm Moots PyschloX I may be interested in selling.
Frame/Moots Carbon Fork/King HS.
I think it is a 2011 excellent condition.
I would need $2000 net to me. I can send some pics of it if interested.

What is your price range?

I do like a deal, but I was curious what you guys would come up with. I would lovelovelove a Moots.

Anything under $1000 I'd give a serious look. Moots is a pretty much a dream bike, but I'm doubting its in the cards right now. I have a couple of frames I could sell to fund...

There's a Litespeed on eBay right now that might fit @ $500. Other than that I haven't seen much Ti under $1000.

Steel is not out of the question, but I want something light and fun to ride. Usable for pavement too.

Lots of responses! Thanks everyone.

Since posting I have learned that people generally size down on cross frames, correct? I like a 56 top tube on a road bike, so a 55 would be a good guess, I think.

Something like a CAAD 9x might be perfect. Brian I love yours, might be too big though. Still pondering this.

I could do a new Habanero, steel Soma fork, CK headset for around $1300. That still a chunk of change considering it looks like a used Moots beauty would be around $2k.

Thanks all.

No kidding. I've already hassled him via text about it.

The success of this thread has me thinking about my own for something larger. The catch for me, I need dt bosses.

I believe the orange Zanc seller is looking into getting bottle bosses mounted.

Thanks for the links.

I've had the Ritchey, 2 Moots, a Spooky, a CAAD X (56), and an IF all offered to me. Oh and an Ira Ryan. I just have figure out what size to go for. All very nice frames in different ways. People don't seem to have dud bikes here.

Is there a reason cross bikes are often steel?
