milage logs

does anyone use internet mileage logs. the only one i can find is myfitnesspage.com. i believe the cost is 25.00 per year.

I have a 2004 MS Excel bike riding log I would be glad to send to anyone requesting it via e-mail to me at:

I have been using it for several years, and it tracks dates, mileage, distance, riding time, average speed, maximum speed, average heart rate, maximum heart rate, ride intensity, wind speed, temperature, etc. and does
the totaling and averaging for you.

and others do all this as well when you download to computer from the monitor.
