Litespeed?

Hey guys,

Continuing my quest for a nice Titanium ride. Stumbled across what is claimed to be a debadged litespeed with carbon rear end. Any help identifying what it is?

In my opinion that looks like a Lemond spine bike. I don't think Litespeed made a frame in that style, but I'm no genius. Matt

Yup, looks like a Lemond "spine" bike.

I'm quite sure that's a Lemond. To my knowledge,Litespeed never made multi-material bikes in their early (Tennessee) phase. Lemond is the only company I know of that went with that "spine" arrangement.

It's not a bad bike, but personally I'd prefer an all-titanium frame if I were looking for something from that time period.

My current #1 is a titanium LeMond "Victoire", all Ti. It's a great bike if you find one your size. Size it by the top tube, though, as they're pretty long.
