for the alloy PT cranks, compact:

are they still using a campy specific BCD, or are these using 110 BCD?

Any hidden arm crank uses the 110/112 BCD diameters.

Does Veloce look same at Athena, or is Veloce silver chainring cheaper looking? I know what Athena looks like, haven't seen a new Veloce crankset.

The Veloce chainrings are stamped out of a thinner plate, whereas the Athena chainrings are machined out of a thicker plate. This will make the Athena chainrings a bit stiffer (and look better). It is also likely that a harder alloy is used for the Athena chainrings.

Another important aspect is that due to the thickness difference the chainrings are not interchangeable between the two crank sets (I learned this hard way).
