paulinho was the latest to tangle up with a moto, necessitating a bunch of stitches and a vuelta DNF.
looking at the video, paulinho wasnt hit by the moto...paulinho did the hitting, but that doesnt absolve the moto. the problem is that the moto got in the way.

these moto drivers dont respect the race and dont respect how fast the pro-tour guys can go on the pedal-bikes! similar situation with mini-phinney's gruesome accident, the bikes ran the moto down. when a 15# bike tangles with a 500# moto...the bike will lose *every* time.
