Finally found a bike for my wife.

Special sized serotta fierte with 650 wheels.

This could be the beginning of a beautiful thing....or the end of our relationship:eek:

Details will come in time, either way.

Very cool. I scored a 650C Legend ti on eBay that I built up with Campy flat-bar shifters for my daughter. When she outgrew it, I gave it to my sister, who loves it. She had no idea what it was, but when she took it to her LBS for something (tune, adjustment?), she said they spent 10 minutes oohing and aahing it.

Ooh, the one listed on the 'bay? That was a nice build, IIRC.

Glad a Paceliner brought it into the fold.

Congrats!

While looking for a ti bike myself, I found a 43 CM Serotta Fierte (650s) locally for an insanely low price for the girlfriend. To find anything half decent in her size was a miracle alone.

I get that same reaction every time I see you build a bike!
