I certainly did. IIRC, Yvonne Craig joined the show in season 3 after Julie Newmar was replaced by Eartha Kitt, who played Catwoman in a much fiercer way.

Sad to hear, but it sounds like she had a good life. A nice tribute from NPR.

I was 12 and always thought she was gorgeous. RIP Yvonne.

It was only until the '70s that i started to appreciate Batman's feminine alter ego.

And yes, why couldn't all woman be Batwoman?!!! :confused:

She was just like Bruce....wealthy Heiress who was inspired by Batman.
Although, I never saw any episodes where she and Bruce were at a formal engagement together.

Woman's liberation was a huge movement at the time (+/- a few years) - may have been an early test for the movement. Of course, Wonderwoman followed soon after.

RIP. Yes, I did have a crush on her, but I was more of a Julie Newmar fan. But, my favorite female character in any Batman production has to be Michelle Pfeiffer.
