I've got one other decent prospect, but she doesn't like the color:crap:

Here local I have to order and pay retail, which suits me not.

I tried the vintage route, but flat top tubes put her in the 44 size range, and those are like nonexistent.

I used to find her diminutive size charming, but that was before countless hours of searching for shoes and clothes that fit..and now bikes.

Man you just missed the Steelman ebaumann had up a few days ago. I was tempted to get it for my GF, sounds like they ride a similar size. Went through the same thing trying to find her a new bike a few years ago. They are out there it just takes A LOT of hunting. Good luck.
