50mm rake cross fork?

I'm looking at a Bianchi Axis frame that takes a 1-1/8" fork with a 50mm rake, but I'm having a hard time finding a cross fork with this rake. 45 and 47 seem pretty common. Anyone know off the top of their head who might make one of these? I'm looking at an older Axis frame and the new Bianchi fork is for integrated headsets, so I'm looking for other options. Oh please, collective wisdom, help.

Makes one that comes in at 48. My Serotta cross has a 50 rake as well and the ritchey fork is the one I am considering.

Reynolds lists a 50mm rake cross fork on their website but I don't think that they have one in inventory right now.
