bored? the jerk's bored too. it is 1 in the morning. you have a few options:

1: go out and drink some beers, mr. beers.

2. go to bed.

3. invent a better headset design.

4. make a 700g wheelset and sell it to giant and then retire to curacao and get one of those drinks with the little umbrellas in them.

What's up with those computer models? The first image and the movie seem to show some sort of stress simulation on a frame, but it's not clear what the other image shows.

Can you model the forces that caused GH's steerer tube to fail at Paris-Roubaix ;)

well they are pic of screen dump of stress test indeed,and also the last one is one to try differant hex models
the video is of a test simulating the EFBE test of 1300 Newton
the red part is the displacement at the most
also you can see the all the 3d hex FEM part each dot represent a calc of that point so we can see where to leave out mat . of we need extra
also you could change the constuction to become stiffer
with in the whole geometry and see its effect
and we also do CFD calc with the frameīs in the same manner

yes we could model that its not so hard
but i doubt they would give any material data to do this

but again i did this only to test the links since i have trouble upload any pic to the forum i tought just take a pic from my own and make a link
