Looking to update the 9-speed ultegra drivetrain on my La Cruz with a 1x10 setup.
Thinking of going with the Retroshift/Gevenalle shifters and a woolftooth ring, but don't know much about bottom brackets and cranks.
i.e. gxp vs non vs outboard bearings,etc. English threaded BB on the Salsa.
Something new and nice but not like crazy nice.
Anyone have recs?
