Always interesting, to see the wrenches struggle with internal this, integrated that. Bet they drink a lot when they are done.

Interesting that Vino's bike, in spite of Astana being on mechanical Campagnolo, has SR EPS, on his..

Vino certainly has an Ego that is always hungry. ;)

Yeah, those wheel decals are no joke.

I dig the color scheme for the LOOK TT bike. Very sharp.

mechanics don't get paid enough to deal with the crap manufacturers are throwing at them. poor guys.

I like how they stretch tubulars, just blow them up. I've always done it on old rims, but I guess that's way too many old rims to lug around the mechanics van.

Yup, gonna love it when these 'aero' frames(win on Sunday, sell on Monday) get smushed, got swap out all the stuff, including internal wet disc brake lines, yummy!!

When he throws a chain, it won't cost him a race or a place!

Nice set of wrenches, but not sure they are $75 cool, imo.

I read in Velo that Nibali prefers mechanical even though the team uses electronic (campy)
I wonder what the breakdown electronic vs mechanical is in the peloton

Looks like they're waiting to be glued.

I got a set for Christmas, they are damn nice. I wouldn't have paid that myself but I appreciate them. They are a joy to work with compared to my old Bondhus set.

The "Tool Lady" carries PB Swiss Tools and has a couple of sets:

210RB/1.5,2,2.5,3,4,5,6,8,10mm - $37.23

212RB/1.5,2,2.5,3,4,5,6,8,10mm - $61.47

Only difference I see is the 212RB set comes on a red case, while the 210RB set comes with a black case!

Wait, those are for the "short" hex sets. The long sets are

212LH-10RB

212L/1.5,2,2.5,3,4,5,6,8,10RB - $75.82

There's also a Rainbow stubby hex key set, long, 100° angle. Sizes 1.5-10 mm - $80.70

Good Luck!

Hmmm could be wrong but thought they were on mechanical Campagnolo, all of them, could be wrong. Just from pictures.

Cool article and pics. I'll triple up on the lack of love for the Look. To gaudy for me.

I don't mind the look given that it if for a professional to use during a high profile event.

I wonder if Specalized will notice that Vinokourov is using a bontrager tailight. If I were spec, I would gift wrap and send him a new one.
