this is a hard race. yesterday atage was about 100 miles. stage winner finished just under 5 hrs.
that, boys, means hard and steep.

Dan T and his Fior boys came through in the clutch yesterday to take the time bonus sprint in the crit for the 3 seconds he needed to jump ahead of Me. Hat's off to him and his teammates for making my life miseralble in the crit.
I can't be dissapointed with a podium finish in that race though.
