Greater tire clearance on Colnago EPS then C40/C50?

I've been searching through the threads to determine what tire size will fit on the Colnago EPS. The recent thread on the C40 was helpful. So with the EPS being a few years later in design than the C40, is the tire clearance greater? I will follow the recommendation of either the Vitts or Veloflex's b/c of their lower profile.

I have a C-50, so I can't comment on the EPS...but my guess is that the front fork maybe the limiting factor more than the rear. I'll have to look when I get home this evening.
