anyone use a 25mm tire on de Rosa Neo Primato?

I have a size 59cm frame with athena brakes and the top of the tire rubs on the bottom of the brake...I don't know if the brake can be adjusted to eliminate this...if so I can't figure it out. I am trying to run a GP4000s on campy shamal wheels.

Have you attached the cables? If not that may be your problem.
See attached photo and clearance when cable is attached, when cable is not connected the brake arm drops and can slightly touch tire.

Well, I run 24 mm tubulars and fenders under my Record brakes…
