wow, actually looks pretty solid, high budget. I thought the whole thing would devolve into a Lifetime TV movie.

Looks good. I'll watch it.

Can they please make a Bernard Hinault film where it actually shows him injecting himself with the souls of Nuns & orphaned Union delegate's children? Because I'm convinced that 1 out of every 2 podium girls on any major Frech 7 day or more stage race is Bernard Hinault dressed in a full body suit of a podium girl. It's true. Dude is a soul snatching Cross Dressing Super spy that's 3000 years old!

I'm sick and tired of this redundant never ending story but I'll probably will pay money to see it.

Not inclined to part with any of my $ for this- I can wait til it shows up on you tube or if I have a free redbox rental credit.

That is pretty funny.

He looked a little shaky riding with no hands there...

Who is cast to play Jan Ullrich? Motoman?

Yeah but I'm a senior and costs $6 matinee,I'm retired have the time. Much better on BIG screen, especially if they have majestic cycling scenes. Not all of us are able to view first hand like Velotel. :)

I wonder what % of the forum members will go to see it?

I personally won't, but then again, I'm not that much into racing. (or doping)

I'll see it. Looks entertaining. But I'm not sure any actor is capable of properly mimicking Armstrong's monumental hubris.

Nothing new here. I'll wait to see it on Netflix. I'd rather pay to see American Flyers on the big screen to see if that can make it any better.

The best part, my coworker made an unrelated reference to the show about an hour ago.

It's embarrassing, but I've watch them all. twice.

At least the guy looks like lance... sort of...

But after seeing videos of the declarations of everybody involved in the case, the dialogs dont look like exactly the same... too much drama maybe?

ps: It crowd... excelent show. Good the american pilot did not work, nothing like the original in this type of comedies... imagine an american league of gentlemen.

disagree... season 2 "The Work Outing" was laugh out loud funny.

I... have... the money... and... the power... to ... destroy.... you.

Why does he talk like a robot? Is Lance actually a robot? Maybe that's why he's a sociopath - He's not humane, because he's NOT HUMAN!

Am I the only one who thinks it looks borderline satirical? Like the trailer for a Lance movie, but done by Saturday Night Live. Ferrari looks more ridiculous than Dr.Evil.

I predict 42% on Rotten Tomatoes, at best.

The whole 2nd season vs the 1st? Really?

Sorry to go OT folks.

Frankly I have no interest.

Love Lance? Hate Lance? Love to hate Lance? Nope, just indifference. Moving on...

Drat! I should have included a poll of will you or won't you.

I will, because everything I've ever seen by Stephen Frears has been top notch, including, from the most recent:

Muhammad Ali's Greatest Fight (HBO)
Philomena
The Queen
Dirty Pretty Things
Mrs. Henderson Presents
The Grifters
Dangerous Liaisons

And will admit that I have an admittedly active interest in the content.

I'll watch it for sure, but probably won't pay to do so.

So does LA get any money from this?

Having no specific knowledge whatsoever, I'm putting $1 chip down that he was at least a "consultant" on the set.

Total stoke, BTW. I don't love or hate Lance, but I love the whole story. This is the first movie I've been excited about in........ 15 years, maybe?

I'm out a buck... but I win a substantially better movie, then. ;)
