What's the difference between a CHT and a TiMax frame please?

The CHT has Colorado tubes and the Ti Max has a Ti version of the "max" style bi oval tubes.

The 2006 Ti MAx has a Concours level tubeset where the CHT would be a Legend level tubeset (if it were still in production).
