Esoteric tool. I wish I could help you out. You need to find an old shop/mechanice who might have one.

It's been a very long time but....I have this vague memory of the shimano tool working in that BB.

I have the 8 prong shimano tool and the O.D. is 1.718" and each prong is .150 wide.

The correct tool is always best but I wonder if the is enough exposed BB lip protruding from the shell that you could grab it with BIG pliers as used on automobile water pumps, etc?

30mm across from the end of one spline to the end of the opposite spline. and 7mm between each spline

It looks like there is some lip outside the BB shell. If you already don't care about the BB itself, you could probably Channellock or Vice-Grip that thing.

That tool only engaged two of the splined openings at once. I used to have one. A lifetime ago.
