Brah,

In the classifieds there's a 2002 Concourse.
Fork: Stock Serotta/Kinesis carbon legs/aluminum steerer
Any idea what the A-C and rake was on those things?

If I pull the trigger I'd like to replace the fork with something else.

My guess is that it is ~372 and 45mm which gives me a trail number around 63mm.

If I swap the stock fork for an Enve (A-C = 367) with a 50mm rake this should rein in the trail to about 55mm, and steepen the STA (73.5) and HTA(72) by about .25 degrees... right?

The stock fork on a 2002 would have been an F1. It was only offered in 43 rake. I measure the axle to crown at about 368mm. Dave Kirk may know the exact measurement.

My 2002 Concours came with a Kestrel EMS Pro fork painted to match. Carbon legs, aluminum steerer tube, crown and dropouts. I actually liked the fork. Seems to me that Serotta offered a couple options back then.

My 2002 Concours came with an F1. According to the catalog, you could get a 1 1/8" HT on the Concours that year, in which case you'd probably have gotten the F2 fork. The only other road fork shown in the forks section is the traditional Serotta steel. The Hors Categorie is pictured with an EMS and the TT bike is shown with an Alpha Q. It seems to me that stock geo frames would be designed for the Serotta forks, but if custom you could surely plan for any fork available at the time.
