Sort of OT - Looking for source for soft goods printing and on-line sales

Our school is looking for a high quality, reliable on-line vendor who can produce t-shirts, mugs, etc and sell them from a website on a piece-by-piece basis

I thought Cafe Press did this but I don't seem to see this feature on their site at the moment

Any advice based on good personal experience would be appreciated
