I need a 15T C10 cog for a used cassette. Ebay seller listed it as 9 speed but it's a Centaur 10 that's missing one cog. I can buy a Miche for $11 but have read that Miche doesn't recommend using them with Campagnolo cassettes, only their own. Anyone tried it? Campagnolo single cogs seem to be in the $25 range. At that price I'd just as soon buy a new Veloce cassette.

I still have a brand new veloce 12-23 sitting in a pile with your name on it.

I know, I have stuff sitting at forum members' houses from coast to coast.

For the price, I could take yours and use its small cogs with the ones on the Centaur carrier. But if I was sure it would work, I'd probably spend the $11 for the Miche and keep your cassette together.

If it doesn't work, you would have a decent sized cog for a campag single speed setup. 39x15

Edit: I might also be acquiring a 9spd canpagnolo cassette if you actually did need one of those. I'm 10spd only.

Based on my experience with Miche, buy a new Veloce cassette and punt the Miche.

I knew this was coming. :) Have 3 or 4 new Veloces on the shelf, just don't want to waste the used one.

Thanks Mark. Do you have a car load of stuff for me yet?

It would probably fill the hatch of the MCoupe...but then I wouldn't have a bike with me!

It will fit in the wagon, no problem. ;)

If Mark can't help you out, I have a large number of Campy loose cogs in my bike hoard as well; probably several 15's…

Thanks Tom.

Do you have the heat on? I started the boiler again yesterday. This is getting really old.

Tom should join us for a ride, and then you will have a spare 15T cog! :)

Is this "midwest" ride gonna happen or are we waiting until the fall???

Sounds like it's on the back burner until after Grady's ride.
