One of the in-house brand from my LBS, Wheel and Sprocket (http://www.wheelandsprocket.com/). They introduced their Badger Bikes fat-tire stuff this year.

The Eighth Inch stuff has been around for a while. Good value stuff; W&S contributes strongly to cycling in the seven communities with bricks and mortar; also strong local bike advocacy work.
